Job Responsibility:

Senior Software Implementation Consultant - You will lead implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics-GP 9.0 installations. Most of our existing clients are in the manufacturing and distribution industries. You will be supported by our existing team of Microsoft Certified Dynamics-GP consultants, MCSE's and Developers. A strong understanding of business processes and operations is required. Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics-GP (or similar software) is required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Minimum 5 years verifiable experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics-GP (Great Plains). Experience with other ERP packages will also be considered.
• Proven experience providing professional consulting services to clients
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Project management experience
• Desire to expand technical knowledge and skills
• Ability to foster professional growth of self and others, self motivated and managed, strong customer support skills, exhibit professional behavior, and contributes to firm growth and goals.
• Ability to quickly learn and consult on new technologies
• Ability to understand and document business processes
• Ability to strictly adhere to an implementation methodology that emphasizes documentation and clear communication with both the client and team members.
